Cheese Scones with Cheddar Ingredients Å 60 g LACTOSAN Cheddar Powder Å 50 g SANOVO pasteurized Whole Egg, liquid Å 300 g All purpose flour Å 120 g Milk Å 100 g Butter Å 25 g Baking powder Å 5 g Salt Å 2.5 g Paprika Process 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. 2. Line a baking tray with baking sheet. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. 4. Cut the butter into small pieces and blend into the flour mixture. 5. Mix in the eggs and milk just until the dough comes together. 6. Knead the dough lightly and roll it out to 2 cm thick. 7. Cut rounds with a cutter. 8. Place them on the baking sheet. 9. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. 10. Serve them warm with cheese or jam. Applicable for Afternoon tea, snack or as a part of a hot meal. 12-15 PCS.
